The cleanliness was acceptable. The room looked well-kept.
the noise isolation was severely lacking. the constant sounds from outside made it difficult to sleep properly, and that was quite bothersome. next time i will bring earplugs.

i was grateful for the great service provided. the staff i encountered was cute. i also liked a lot that the room had a very comfy bed. there are also many places to eat around, which i found useful.
the room was small. i did expect a bottle of complimentary water. also, a facility for making coffee in the room was absent. i found it a little surprising.

the staff was friendly! the breakfast had a nice variety of options.
the room was quite small. the noise from the street was very noticeable and made it difficult to sleep. also, the bathroom wasn't as clean as i expected, with some visible mold in the shower.

the staff organized my airport transfer with ease i felt so welcomed the moment i arrived my room was impeccably clean the bed was super comfortable i slept soundly all night breakfast the next morning was a treat the woman serving was so friendly her smile and coffee really started my travel day well.
i noticed the cups in the restaurant were only small paper ones it would be nice to have proper cups available it's a very minor point though

the breakfast buffet has various options like fresh fruit pastries and hot dishes i saw a dedicated omelet station and the coffee machine brewed strong flavorful coffee i thoroughly enjoyed the selection.

the hotel has a well-equipped gym with several treadmills and weight machines the pool area has plenty of loungers and umbrellas for shade i noticed a business center with computers and printers for guest use.

The staff were friendly. i appreciated the tasty breakfast, it had good options. the room was clean and in a good condition. waitress tyuba was very helpful. She showed me my room and recommended food!!!
i found the beautiful queen room not too spacious. there was a small smell in the bathroom, not pleasant. the shower wasn't great also. the curtains didn't close fully, annoying.
